Maintenance based on facts
Our solution for predictive maintenance works based on maintenance rules (e.g. after 500 hours replace the blades') that advice you to schedule your maintenance calls. The rules are defined as a production model, so your expert knowledge of the process can be easily used for defining the rules. The solution then translates it into terms that your maintenance software.
Even better predicitivity can be achieved creating a self-learning system that predicts maintenance calls based on the history values. The ultimate goal is that all maintenance is carried out when needed and when it suits your production. This reduces unplanned stops, giving you more production hours. In overall maintenance will be controlled, it can be done in less man-hours. Many times optimum maintenance also provides you with higher and more consistent product quality.
