All your production KPIs on a screen
The productivity of your process is defined by how your process can meet the targets. Productivity is affected by inputs such as machinery, but also personnel and materials play a role on this. The Productivity Dashboard allows you to define yout own KPIs and follow them on a user-friendly environment.
Examples of important KPIs are:
- Actual yield compared to target
- Product and material quality
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Energy consumption per unit
Standard templates provide overview and ease of use
The Productivity Dashboard consists of several modules and templates. There are modules for Efficiency Monitoring, Energy Monitoring, Inventory Monitoring and Production Monitoring. In each module there are specific templates such as a KPI matrix, KPI trend analysis and KPI reporting.
Configurability
Templates are very easy to set up and configure. This allows the the Productivity Dashboard to be expanded or targeted based on your current needs for KPI monitoring.
